Building on a families strengths, Pathway of Hope is a comprehensive case management system to help families identify barriers to self-sufficiency (unemployment, insecure housing, lack of job skills, lack of childcare, etc), Pathway of Hope also provides guidance on how to address these barriers, and connects families with community support organizations, and more.

The Salvation Army's food pantry serves the Rockford/Winnebago County area. Items provided include shelf-stable pantry foods, bread, cereals, meat, produce, dairy and other household necessities. Monday: 9 a.m. to noon, 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 9 a.m. to noon, 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. 
Wednesday: 9 a.m. to noon, 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. 
Thursday: 9 a.m. to noon, 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.  
Friday: 9 a.m. to noon, 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. 
Saturday: CLOSED
