Sheboygan H.O.G. Chapter to Ring in the Christmas Season

Nov 22, 2019 | by Carrye Jo Cony

SHEBOYGAN, WI (November 22, 2019) On Saturday, November 23 all available members of the Sheboygan Harley Owners Group (H.O.G) Chapter #5631 are volunteering to ring bells in front of GNC in Kohler. Bell ringing has become an annual event for the H.O.G. chapter members as they work to support their neighbors in need. Over the past three years at the kettle stands, the H.O.G. chapter members have raised $4,178. This year they are challenging themselves and the community to fill four kettles in just six hours, from 9am to 3pm at the Deer Trace shopping center.

The Red Kettle Campaign is the largest fundraising event for The Salvation Army of Sheboygan county. The Christmas fundraising goal is $595,340 this year, of which they hope $150,000 of that will come from all the coins and dollars dropped in the 20 kettles located throughout Sheboygan county.  Signing up for a volunteer bell ringing shift is easy at www.registertoring.com.
