Family Stores Response to COVID-19

Thank you for being a valued shopper and patron of The Salvation Army Family Stores. We continue to offer services to our communities and to serve those in need, but as we’re sure you've seen, there continues to be an influx of new information each day related to the COVID-19/Coronavirus outbreak.

We want to assure you that your safety and the safety of all our staff and associates remain our top priority. In the best interest of our shoppers and employees, it is now critical to reduce contact and further increase social distancing. To that end, we are taking additional measures to keep our customers and employees safe including …

•  STORE CLOSURES – With the health and safety of our customers and associates in mind, until it is considered safe to resume normal operations, The Salvation Army Stores will be closed until April 3. We will continue to monitor local health and news media, to confirm that your safety and that of our employees is no longer at risk. Please monitor social media and visit satruck.org for updates, as they become available. 
• RESIDENTIAL DONATION PICKUPS TEMPORARILY DISCONTINUED - The Salvation Army is making the very difficult decision to temporarily discontinue Donor Service (residential pickups) effective immediately and until further information is made available, stating that your safety and that of our employees is no longer at risk. 
•  DONATION DROP OFFS – We appreciate and will continue to accept your donation of househould items, if you are able to drop them off at our Family Stores, please exercise all the necessary safety measure to protect yourself, your family and your entire community.
