Bell Ringer  November 13th - December 24th 2020
Volunteers are needed to help us rescue Christmas this year for those in need.

Christmas  November - December
Be a driver and help with Red Kettle pick-ups and drop-offs.

 

Interested in Becoming a Volunteer?

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at The Salvation Army Waukesha below is the process to become a volunteer.

  • Take a look at our current volunteer opportunities to see which volunteer jobs interest you the most.
  • Decide how much time you have to volunteer, check your schedule to see what days and times work best for you.
  • Complete the online volunteer application and create a user name and password.
  • All volunteers are required to take the Safe From Harm online training before your first volunteer shift.
  • After you have completed the online volunteer application and the Safe From Harm training you can login in to see which volunteer shifts you are qualified for and which volunteer shifts have openings.
  • Sign up for a volunteer shift!

Volunteer Opportunities

Christmas / Fundraising  November - December
S
ign up to be a bell ringer for Red Kettle shift or adopt-a-kettle location. Be a driver and help with Red Kettle pick-ups and drop-offs.

Meal Program Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays 5:00pm
Prepare, package, distribute a hot meal to approximately 50-100 people.

Food Pantry  Tuesdays & Wednesdays 1:00pm-4:00pm & Fridays 9:00am-12:00pm
Sort and organize incoming food donations.

Feed The Kids  June - August Weekdays
Make sandwiches and pack sack lunches to serve hungry kids in the park during the summer weekdays Monday - Friday.
