We fight poverty with love
By providing programs that serve the body, mind and soul, The Salvation Army helps alleviate the symptoms of poverty - and works to address the root issues that cause it.
Knowing there are families in that are struggling, and feeling powerless to help is a tremendous burden and heartache. Pathway of Hope is one way The Salvation Army helps vulnerable families start over, move forward and leave poverty for good. Pathway of Hope creates a brighter future.
How we help overcome poverty
Pathway of Hope
The Salvation Army offers holistic and strengths-based case management services to families with children, who have a desire to take action to break the cycle of crisis and attain a level of increased stability. Families will work in partnership with their case manager and ministry staff to develop an action plan, as well as to assess their strengths and progress while receiving support and encouragement to reach their goals.
