About our housing facility

Booth Manor at 1421 Yale Place, Minneapolis, is a 21-story senior residence with 156 one-bedroom apartments designed with the senior lifestyle in mind. This pleasant senior community offers many services and amenities on site and bus service for residents.

Freedom and Security

It's an ideal location and I'm still relatively young. I was only 62 when I moved in. I like to get out and about, but love knowing I have friends here.

One-Bedroom Apartments

The Salvation Army’s Booth Manor residence is a Housing and Urban Development (HUD) approved living complex for seniors. This high-rise complex offers 156 one-bedroom apartments and common areas designed with the senior lifestyle in mind. Whether you are retired or actively working, Booth Manor is truly a residence of distinction.

On the first floor there is a library, game room, kitchen and large lounge for socializing.  Each apartment includes a living room, bedroom, private bathroom and dine-in kitchen. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the second, third, fourth and fifth floors.
