This high-rise complex offers 156 one-bedroom apartments and common areas designed with the senior lifestyle in mind. On the first floor there is a library, game room, kitchen and large lounge for socializing.  Each apartment includes a living room, bedroom, private bathroom and dine-in kitchen. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the second, third, fourth and fifth floors.
