Camp Food Service

Our camp kitchen works hard to provide nutritious and well-balanced meals that campers will enjoy eating. Campers eat meals cafeteria-style with their cabinmates and counselors. Camp Counselors get to know their campers’ eating habits and food allergies and help them appropriately.

To complement our camp meals each day, we offer a candy shop, Critters, during choice times. Campers can purchase additional snacks that range from $ .50 for a bag of popcorn to $2.50 for ice cream or nachos. Hydration Stations with water and cups are always available throughout camp and in all activity areas. We also encourage campers to bring their own water bottles to stay hydrated throughout the day.

Northwoods Camp partners with the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) to help fund our meal service and provide free meals to our campers.

Meals will be served at 60402 Elbow Lake Rd, Finlayson, MN 55375 at the following dates and times:

• Teen Camp: June 17-21
• Music Camp: June 22-29
• STEAM Camp: July 1-5
• Sports Camp: July 8-12
• Kids Camp: July 15-18
• Family Camp: July 22-27
• TSAO Camp: July 29-Aug 4
   
• Breakfast: 8:30 - 9:15 AM
• Lunch: 12:30 - 1:15 PM
• Supper: 5:30 - 6:15 PM

Dates the meal program will be closed: June 30, July 13-14, July 19-21, July 28
Dates the meal program will only serve breakfast: June 12, 29; July 5, 12, 18, 27; August 4
Dates the meal program will only serve supper: June 17, 22; July 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

Max Capacity = 150 children
