"Staying fit is important so we can serve our families and community."

Each day is a gift.  Use it wisely.

"I have increased mobility, and I have found friends."

Her sweet accent belies the 40 years she has lived in the United States as she tells the story of riding the bus just a few years ago. "I heard about the exercise program here at the Sal from a lady I often see on the bus," Christine says. Shortly before that bus ride, Christine hurt her neck and shoulder, and had lost a lot of mobility. She has faithfully been attending the Senior Aerobics class for two years. Christine beams talking about her accomplishments: Weight loss, increased mobility, and friends who miss her when she's gone."

How we help partner with adults

Use this paragraph to introduce the ways you help within this ministry. Then, index your programs or services below. Here is your opportunity to get hyper-local. You may have specific programs or services that apply to multiple ministries. There is no harm in listing these on all applicable ministry landing pages. Consider your audience, who may be looking for immediate help (and make sure they have a way to initiate it).
