Campers Say Thank You!

For a child, a week at a Salvation Army summer camp can be life-changing. Children learn new skills, self-reliance, and make lifelong friendships.
For over 100 years, The Salvation Army has recognized the power of nature and nurture. There are more than 50 Salvation Army Camps throughout the United States. These camps are attended by more than 100,000 persons of all ages, races and socioeconomic backgrounds each year. Our staff at each camp is comprised of dedicated Christians who serve together throughout the summer and are committed to making the camping experience special for each child.
The kids say it best themselves! Check out the thank you letters pictured below that were sent from some grateful campers from Camp Mt. Crags & Camp Gilmore in The Salvation Army Western Territory. See the impact your donations make for our youth.
We need your help more than ever to help give less fortunate children the opportunity of a lifetime!
Underprivileged children will be given the chance to receive the physical and emotional care they need through summer camps and Kroc Corps Community Centers.
