How we help 

The Salvation Army of Kenosha desires to serve people in Kenosha County through various programs meant to help them overcome challenges in life.  Whether facing an emergency or lifelong obstacle.  

Whatever the case may be, people know that The Salvation Army provides a beacon of hope in their darkest hour. The Salvation Army of Kenosha provides a number of services in your time of need. 

Assistance is:

• only available to residents of Kenosha County registered with our office.  If outside Kenosha County, please contact your local corps.
• based on funds available 
• distributed on a first come, first serve basis
• available only by appointment.  You must meet with our Case Manager before receiving assistance.

Utility Assistance
Availability: Based on the availability of funds. 
Eligibility Requirements: Current ID, Current Mail, Utility Bill. Must be registered with our office.

Transportation Assistance - not currently available

Rental Assistance
Availability: Based on the availability of funds. 
Eligibility Requirements: Current ID, Current Mail, current Lease, and a five-day eviction notice. Must be registered with our office.
