The SAL Youth Basketball League

Registration for the WINTER 2017 league opens December 1st, 2016

To register: Bring your registration form & payment to The Salvation Army 3015 N. Main St. Royal Oak 

Monday-Friday 8:30am-12:00pm, 1:00-4:30pm to the Main Office entrance

Monday-Friday 4:30-6:00pm to The SAL Community Center entrance

Age Requirements - all divisions are co-ed
Division 1                        3rd & 4th Grade
Division 2                        5th & 6th Grade
Division 3                        7th & 8th Grade

Three games are played each night. First Game is played at 6:00pm. Final Game begins by 8:00pm.
SNOW DAYS: If the Royal Oak School District has a Snow Day, WE WILL STILL PLAY.

Important Dates:
Coaches Clinic - Required for all coaches this year - TBD

Division 2 Draft - Monday January 9th 6:30pm

Division 1 Draft - Thursday January 12th 6:30pm

Division 3 Draft - Thursday January 17th 6:30pm

Division 2 Games Begin - Monday January 30th

Division 3 Games Begin - Tuesday January 31st

                                            Division 1 Games Begin - Thursday February 2nd

Practices are 1 hour per week and will either be Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday late afternoon.

 

Cost

$100 for the 10 game season - includes home/away jersey, team photo, medal & referee fees.

Registration Deadline

January 9th, 2016 - OR WHEN EACH DIVISION HAS REACHED A CAP OF 60 PLAYERS

Registration forms must be turned in, in person. No mail in registrations will be accepted.
