"Hungry" is no way to spend childhood

Every day The Salvation Army helps cure hunger by providing nutritious meals to neighbors in need.

How we help cure hunger

Meal Program
Three staff members and many volunteers serve three meals every day of the year.

PLEASE READ - 8/24/2018 - Due to staffing shortages, we are only serving Salvation Army Emergency Shelter residents during breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturdays and for lunch and dinner on Sundays.  The gym will still be open on Sunday mornings for Worship services where food will be handed out to both residents and non-residents. If this announcement is still visible on our website, the temporary closing is still in effect.  Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will still be provided to the public Monday through Fridays.

Your donations of food and time make it possible to serve more than 1,500 meals each week to people in need.  The meal program is open to all who are hungry, no questions asked.

Breakfast is served at 7:30a.m. Monday-Friday & 8:30a.m. Saturday-Sunday

Lunch is served at 11:30a.m. Monday-Friday & 12:30p.m. Saturday, Sunday and on holidays

Supper is served at 4:30 p.m.

Volunteers are needed to help serve meals. Call 608-782-6126 if you're interested or click here.
