Here are some of the ways we help the community during the holiday season:

Bell Ringing

87 cents of every dollar collected in Milwaukee County goes toward 80 different Salvation Army programs and services. Read more here.

Christmas Family Feast is the largest event hosted by The Salvation Army on Christmas Day in the country. Read more here.

Coats For Kids

The Salvation Army Coats for Kids program provides coats and winter accessories for children in Milwaukee. Read more here.

Prison Toy Program

Parents of children 14 and younger who are serving sentences at 33 Wisconsin prisons are allowed to choose one gift per child from a catalog provided each summer by the Salvation Army. Read more here.

Toy Shop

The Salvation Army provides parents with the opportunity to shop for new toys that have been donated and collected in the community.

Meet Fred Jrolf

He fought in the Korean War, and now for the last four years has anwsered another call of service: ringing bells for The Salvation Army.
