Hungry is no way to spend a childhood

Every day The Salvation Army helps cure hunger by providing nutritious meals to neighbors in need.

Here in Michigan, one out of six children face food insecurity.

The Salvation Army works to ensure that every member of our community has the food they need to thrive. If you face hunger, we want you to know that you are not alone.

FOOD PANTRY

By offering access to free canned fruits and vegetables, meats and dry goods, we provide valuable meal supplementation while helping those in need maintain their independence and dignity. We also provide fresh dairy products, frozen meats, breads and fresh produce when available.
