At The Salvation Army Fox Cities, we understand that breaking the cycle of homelessness requires more than just providing a place to stay. Our Onsite Housing and Rapid Rehousing programs offer comprehensive support to help individuals and families achieve long-term stability.
Program Overview
Onsite Housing: We provide 11 onsite apartments for single homeless men and women, offering a safe and stable living environment.
Rapid Rehousing: This program supports 12 scattered sites for homeless families, helping them quickly move into stable housing.
Case Management: Both programs include personalized case management to assist with money management, employment, health, and daily living skills.
