Summer Food Program: Ensuring No Child Goes Hungry
With school out for the summer, many children in the Fox Cities area lose access to the regular school meals they rely on. To combat this issue, The Salvation Army Fox Cities has initiated its Summer Food Program, dedicated to providing nutritious meals to children in need throughout the summer months.
Program Highlights:
Free Meals: The program provides free breakfast and lunch to children at various locations across the Fox Cities area. Each meal is carefully planned to ensure it meets the nutritional needs of growing children.
Accessible Locations: To make it easier for families, meals are distributed at multiple convenient locations, including community centers, parks, and other public spaces.
Community Support: The program is supported by local organizations and volunteers who help prepare and distribute the meals.
