we are here to help

Our Regional Community Center located at 712 Pleasant Street in Petoskey is open to the public for walk-ins Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm (closed 12pm-1pm for lunch).                                   We also have an office in East Jordan at Crossroads Resale Shop / Care and Share Food Pantry on Thursdays from 9:30am-3:00pm for walk-in intake appointments.

FOR ALL FINACIAL EMERGENCY NEEDS:

You MUST call (231) 347-3531 option 1 for rent or other NON-UTILITY needs to leave a message for the intake specialist who will return your call to schedule a phone appointment with a caseworker.

For Utilitiy (heat and electricity only) assistance, you MUST first apply through MI DHHS and receive a denial every time you need help prior to any appointment being scheduled. AFTER receiving a denial, you MUST dial Option 2 and leave a message for an intake specialist to return your call to schedule a phone appointment with a caseworker.
